Sarah Fitzgerald Rawlings has been with Compensation Consulting Services, Inc. since July 2008. She is an Administrative Manager and Compensation Analyst. Sarah graduated from Towson University with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Legal Studies. After working part time for CCS for 4 years Sarah joins CCS full time in 2008.

Sarah's primary roles include:

·         Cleaning Survey Data

·         Producing Survey Results and Reports

·         Maintaining the company website

·         Designs and conducts compensation surveys and research studies

·         Develops and writes job descriptions to accurately describe job content, and utilizes specialized, relational database job description software when appropriate to the assignment
